There is a new park with multiple business patterns in the south of Binkang Road,east of Changhe Road,and west of Jucai Road.Located in Hangzhou Hi-Tech Zone(Binjiang),the Torch Innovation Center,which is named after“Torch”with a dream of“innovation”,aims to create an industrial business district integrating industry,research and development centers,co-working spaces,incubators,and business services.

2023年11月，白马湖实验室能源科技创新中心基地落址于火炬创新中心1号楼。

In November 2023,the Energy Technology Innovation Center Base of White Horse Lake Laboratory was built in Building 1 of the Torch Innovation Center.

开启一楼大厅的“源创之门”，在科技感十足的展厅里，感受能源科技创新中心的光荣与梦想。

Entering the“Gate of Energy Creation”in the lobby of the first floor,people can find the glory and dreams of the Energy Technology Innovation Center in the high-tech exhibition hall.

中心根据打造“国内领先、国际一流”的高能级创新平台愿景进行统筹规划，集学术交流、科学研究、小型实验、行政办公等功能于一体，同步搭建材料制备与表征平台，力争成为在纳米材料精准制备、原位表征、原子形貌和结构揭示等方面独树一帜的实验平台。

With the dream of building a“leading in domestic and top of international”advanced innovation platform,the center conducted comprehensive planning to integrate functions like academic exchange,scientific research,small-scale experiments,administrative office and others,building a material preparation and characterization platform at the same time,striving to make a unique experimental platform in the precise preparation,in-situ characterization,atomic morphology and structure disclosure of nanomaterials.

与1号楼一楼之隔的3号楼，是AIGC产业创新中心。

Building 3,the one not far away from Building 1,is the AIGC Industrial Innovation Center.

步入AIGC场景应用创新体验中心，可以体验AIGC图片生成的奇妙，在设备前站定拍照，看着自己在屏幕中“一秒穿越”回了古代；也可以体验AIGC文本生成的高效，请AI写一张请假条，草拟一份通知。

Entering the AIGC Scene Application Innovation Experience Center,you can experience the wonder of AIGC image generation,take photos in front of the device,and watch yourself“traveling back to ancient times in a blink”on the screen.You can also experience the high-efficiency of AIGC text generation by asking AI to write a leave request or draft a notice.

这里还设有企业办公空间、开放性模型训练场、创业者俱乐部等功能区块。在产业政策方面，通过给予房租补贴、研发投入资助、人才服务等支持，对AIGC落地项目进行精准扶持。

There are also functional blocks like office space for enterprises,open model training ground,and entrepreneur club.In terms of industrial policies,precise support is provided to AIGC landing projects by providing rent subsidies,research and development investment subsidies,talent services and so on.

What kind of experience it is to work

in the Torch Innovation Center?

园内企业员工能享受优惠入住位于园区4号楼的长租公寓品牌“滨江青居”。不管是26m²的经典户型，还是35m²的景观户型，房间内都配有实木定制家具、品牌家电、干湿分离卫生间、晾晒区域和厨房，房型挑高足有3.3米，空间感十足，采光视野佳。

Employees of enterprises in the park can enjoy preferential accommodation in the long-term rental apartment brand of“Binjiang Youth Accommodation”in Building 4 of the park.Either the 26 meters²classic apartment or the 35 meters²Landscape apartment,all rooms here are equipped with customized wood furniture,brande appliances,wet and dry separated bathrooms,drying areas,and kitchens.The rooms with a height of 3.3 meters can provide spacious feeling as well as excellent lighting and visibility.

公司与家隔楼相望让通勤更加便利，而园区食堂则让一日三餐更具性价比。5号楼5层为配套食堂，供应日常三餐。在这里，企业员工既可以选择包含八大菜系的称重自助餐，也可根据个人口味点两个花式小炒，来一份正宗的广式烧腊，或是吃上一碗汤鲜味美的兰州拉面，均价在20元左右即可吃饱吃好。

The accommodation facing the company across the building makes commuting more convenient,while the cafeteria in the park makes three meals a day more cost-effective.The supporting cafeteria on the 5th floor of Building 5 is serving three meals daily,where employees can either choose a weighing buffet with eight major cuisines or order some fancy stir-fries according to their personal tastes,enjoying an authentic Cantonese style barbecue,or having a bowl of delicious Lanzhou Lamian Noodles with an average price of about 20 yuan.

In addition to the high-tech atmosphere and heartwarming facilities in the Torch Innovation Center,there are also stunning corners waiting for you to discover.

转到园区3号楼西侧抬头看，一块约400平方米巨幕悬于上方，这是高新区（滨江）首块大型裸眼3D屏，也是全新商业综合体安放·山泽里打造的标志性项目。

Go to the west side of Building 3 in the park,look up,and you will find a giant screen of about 400 square meters hanging above.It is the first large-scale naked eye 3D screen in High-tech Zone(Binjiang)and is also a landmark project created by the new commercial complex of Anfang-Shanzeli.

更加值得期待的，是依托园区正在建设完善的商业街区山泽里。作为高新区（滨江）首个策展型商业街区，山泽里将以艺术开放为标签，以生活体验为品牌内涵，集结个性品牌、音乐节、艺术展、时下热门户外运动社群及夜生活、餐饮娱乐等青年消费热点，让人仿佛置身于艺术和美食的时尚岛屿。

What is even more worth anticipation is the commercial district of Shanzeli,which is currently under construction in the park.As the first curating commercial district in High-tech Zone(Binjiang),Shanzeli will take“open art”as its label and“life experiencing”as its brand connotation,gathering youth consumption hotspots such as personalized brands,music festivals,art exhibitions,popular outdoor sports communities,as well as nightlife,catering and entertainment,making a fashionable island of art and food.

待到春暖花开时，上楼科研、创新、突破，追逐梦想；下楼逛街、观展、休闲，享受生活，将在火炬创新中心成为美妙的现实。

When spring comes with blooming flowers,the dream life of going upstairs for scientific research,innovation,breakthrough and pursuing dreams and going downstairs for shopping,exhibitions,leisure and entertainment,will become a wonderful reality in the Torch Innovation Center.
